What Happens Next?

  1. You will be contacted by a representative of SDI.

  2. They will guide you through an online questionnaire.

  3. You will be asked to send 3 forms of identification by registered post.

  4. You will receive a pre completed form and your identification back within 3 / 5 days.

  5. Sign the form and place it in the return envelope provided and post it back within 2 days.

  6. You will receive your CRB Disclosure Certification within 3 weeks.

  7. You can check the progress of your application on the internet.

All identification sent in must be:-

  1. The identification used to complete the form online.

  2. Originals Documentation (Photocopies are unacceptable)

  3. Sent by registered post either recorded or signed for.
